Setup Process
Our setup process is a shortened version of our standard process for fully custom projects. We will do a mini scope exercise to understand the areas of the system you will use most, and how you use them. We’ll then define the tweaks we’ll need to make to get you up and running, and look at the data we’ll be loading into the system.
Then we’ll get you actually set up with a little test data to ensure everything works as expected, before loading your full data so you can get up and running.
Pricing
For standard product setups without custom coding, our set up cost starts at £1995 + VAT including the scope and data load. Our monthly flat rate charge is £195 – there is no cost per user so you don’t need to worry about the cost of expansion, or giving access to subcontractors and customers.
