Our belief is that all business software solutions must rest on a business case, otherwise they are a waste of time and money. We look at the real business needs and issues and how the systems we deliver can address these and improve the business of our clients. Whether this is a streamlining of the business to free up staff time, a way of managing customers and the service provided to them to improve the value of customer relationships, or simply attracting more customers, we deliver real return on investment to our clients.
Nuvola's managing director, James Geldart, comes from a background in large enterprise software projects for household names like Reuters and BT, and founded Nuvola in 2003 with the aim of using this experience to the benefit of smaller companies. We bring our clients this experience of delivering software projects from the very small to the very large, together with lots of knowledge of how small companies work and use IT systems (in the past we also provided IT support to SMEs).
