AzteQ is a long standing client of Nuvola’s – we have been working with them since 2005. They provide installation and support to the end customers of point of sale card terminal providers and large IT equipment vendors, and also have an education division, providing an outsourced IT department to schools.

The system we have developed for AzteQ manages most aspects of their business, from the bread and butter of job management, allocating and scheduling engineers, to managing stock returns and dispatches through their warehouse, configuration workshop and engineers’ vehicles, as well as CRM and quotations, all the while providing real time management information.

We are currently in the process of developing a helpdesk system which will support the education division and run the sales and operations of the entire business within a single system.
