Introductory Analysis

Nuvola's aim is to help companies improve their use of information and to become 'information conscious'. We aim to deliver real value throughout the process, and our introductory analysis is a great starting point for business who want their information to work better for them.

The idea is to get to know you in a short analysis exercise, the results of which will give you some concrete recommendations about the next steps forward, whether or not you carry on with us. We want to give you a taster of what we offer while keeping it simple, low risk and low cost for you. Here's how it works.

• We provide you with an initial questionnaire to complete to give some background to your business and situation. This will take anything from 20 minutes to a couple of hours depending on the complexity of your business.
• We then conduct a workshop with you and the key stakeholders in your business. We'll discuss who needs to be involved with you beforehand. For small businesses (up to 5 employees) who are not in the Bristol area, this will usually be done by phone.
• The workshop will analyse information flows within your business and identify the key issues. We'll use this as the basis for our analysis document, which will be produced within a week of the workshop.
• Finally, we will follow-up with a conference call to discuss our findings and what steps you should take next.

Pricing is as follows. These are guidelines as to the amount of time generally needed for different sized businesses - if you feel your need more time this is of course possible.

*for clients outside of the Bristol area, we reserve the right to charge for travel time and expenses. This will be discussed and agreed with you beforehand.
